SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered within 6-12 business days from the date of order placement (excluding any delay in your ability to schedule a delivery appointment). If you live in a remote area, delivery may take longer. If there is a delay in our ability to fill your order, you will be notified promptly. Tracking information is typically uploaded within 24 hours of shipment.
Standard freight delivery provides only curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and appointments are typically offered Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM (scheduling will be more limited in certain areas). You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your merchandise is delivered. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery or a lift gate, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements (additional fees will apply).
The carrier will require that you accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages you receive for any visible signs of damage. If there are ANY visible signs of damage to the packaging, be sure to have the driver note the damage on both copies of the delivery receipt before you sign for the merchandise. If there is visible damage to the merchandise, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
If you miss your first delivery appointment, you will be charged a fee for any subsequent delivery attempts. If you cannot schedule a delivery appointment within a reasonable timeframe, you may be subject to storage fees, or your order may be returned to us at your expense.
If there is concealed damage to your item, you must report this damage to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will replace or repair the item at no charge if the concealed damage occurred prior to delivery. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
RETURN POLICY
If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive a refund minus ALL shipping costs. This includes the original shipping cost plus the return shipping on the merchandise. We will also charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping promotions no longer apply if the merchandise is being returned. Orders cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
